Job description

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Process Servers. This is a flexible opportunity offering both part-time and full-time hours, with the ability to work as much as you'd like.

Position Details:
  • Hours: Typically 25-40 hours per week (flexible, no cap)
    • Schedule Window: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Pay:
    • $17/hour + mileage reimbursement
    • $20/hour once commissioned
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-perm (approx. 3.5 months)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve legal documents such as summons, subpoenas, and court papers
  • Complete 3-4 service attempts per hour
  • Travel along assigned routes (starting near your home)
  • Accurately track routes, mileage, and hours using a mobile app
  • Work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently
Requirements:
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle
  • Obtain a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Strong time management and reliability
