We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Arena Tour Guides. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sports, entertainment, and Miami culture who enjoys interacting with diverse groups of visitors. As a part-time Arena Tour Guide, you will lead engaging, informative tours of Kaseya Center, sharing behind-the-scenes insights and showcasing all that the venue has to offer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
  • Lead tours of Kaseya Center, highlighting key areas such as the court, locker rooms, premium seating, and event spaces.
  • Provide guests with historical facts, fun anecdotes, and current information about the arena, the Miami HEAT, and upcoming events.
  • Ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all tour participants, accommodating special requests and answering questions as needed.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the arena's operations, services, events, and Miami HEAT team history.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the tour.
  • Collaborate with team members and other arena staff to provide seamless guest service.

Education and/or Experience

Flexibility with scheduling; must be available for varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Knowledge of Kaseya Center, Miami sports, or the entertainment industry is a plus
