ABOUT US

Established in 2017, Chicken Hill Distillery is Elk County’s first distillery, taking great care to use the finest ingredients and the traditional, painstaking process of distilling to create great-tasting corn whiskey products.

Tucked in the hills of Pennsylvania, Chicken Hill Distillery specializes in legal moonshine and handcrafted spirits. Surrounded by woodlands and rural charm, our distillery provides the perfect atmosphere for guests to experience tastings of our country corn whiskey and other signature spirits.



PAY: $14 PER HOUR + TIPS



We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PART-TIME KEYHOLDER to join our Lancaster team! The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, help run the tasting room, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

At Chicken Hill Distillery, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, outgoing, motivated, and ready to take on a leadership role within our store. As a Key Holder, you’ll play an important part in opening and closing procedures, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.



POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Key Holder, you will:
✔ Assist with opening and closing procedures
✔ Support day-to-day store operations
✔ Help guide staff while maintaining high customer service standards
✔ Deliver a fun and welcoming customer experience



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and close the store as scheduled
• Provide exceptional customer service & product knowledge
• Assist with sales, tastings, and customer engagement
• Support store operations and fellow team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment




QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Must be 21+ years of age
✔ Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Availability for days, evenings, weekends & holidays
✔ Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated



HOURS

Part-time position averaging 10–25 hours per week
