Job description

Delta360 is looking for a part-time Weekend Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to keep our regional dispatch operations running smoothly over the weekend. This is a hybrid role: you'll handle customer service requests on behalf of the dispatch team while also dispatching loads and filling coverage gaps. You'll work alongside our dispatchers and support the team wherever it's needed most.
Schedule
Weekends only, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, up to 24 hours per week.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a weekend point of contact for customer and driver inquiries - order status, delivery windows, changes, and issue resolution.
  • Create, assign, and adjust orders in FleetPanda (Order Well) and Ascend.
  • Dispatch loads and reassign drivers to keep coverage intact across active markets.
  • Support fellow dispatchers and step in to fill gaps as needed.
  • Communicate with terminal managers and drivers on exceptions and time-sensitive changes.
  • Maintain accurate order records and ensure live orders aren't wrongly canceled.
  • Escalate issues that fall outside weekend shift authority.

Requirements
  • Prior dispatch, logistics, Customer Service Representative, or transportation operations experience.
  • Comfort working across multiple systems (ERP + dispatch platform).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Consistent weekend availability.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Nice to Have
  • Fuel, energy, or bulk delivery dispatch background.
  • Familiarity with FleetPanda and/or Ascend.
