Join Our Team. Exclusive Disney perks. General Description A Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the Servers in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Primary responsibilities include clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables; stocking and maintaining essential service items such as silverware, water pitchers, ice, and other dining supplies; and delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables while assisting with food service in a timely and professional manner. Excellent guest service, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Work Duties Assist in the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Assist Servers in the clearing, cleaning, and setting of guest tables Assist Servers in delivering food orders from the kitchen to the guest ("Food-running") Assist Servers in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of each side station Assist Servers in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of each table section Assist Servers in re-stocking and maintaining essential restaurant items, including water pitchers, ice, silverware, glasses, plates, napkins, tablecloths etc.
