Job Description

Chairside Excellence: Provide high-quality clinical support using four-handed dentistry techniques during a variety of dental procedures.
Diagnostics: Capture clear, accurate digital X-rays to assist the dentist in treatment planning.
Clinical Safety: Manage all sterilization and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Documentation: Perform detailed dental charting and documentation, ensuring all patient records are accurate (experience with Open Dental is a plus).
Patient Advocacy: Assist with patient care and provide clear, compassionate post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal recovery and health.
Team Synergy: Collaborate with our close-knit team to ensure efficient office flow and an exceptional patient experience.

Salary Range

Part-time $20 - $24 per hour

Requirements
  • Open Dental

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience is required.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a focus on patient comfort.
Attributes: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a high level of reliability.
Software: Familiarity with Open Dental is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
