Holistic Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Job Overview

GreenEwe Dental is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing biological and holistic dental practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Our philosophy centers on treating the whole person, not just their teeth. We combine advanced technology with minimally invasive, biologically minded dentistry to help patients achieve optimal oral and overall health. Our services include airway-focused Invisalign treatment, ozone therapy, biocompatible materials, Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), and comprehensive preventive care.

Whether you're already experienced in holistic dentistry or are eager to expand your clinical skills, we are happy to train the right RDH in biological and holistic dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and periodontal evaluations
  • Provide preventive hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
  • Educate patients on oral health, nutrition, home care, and the connection between oral and systemic health
  • Capture digital records, including iTero scans, radiographs, and intraoral photos
  • Assist with airway screenings and support Invisalign patient care
  • Utilize ozone therapy and other biological treatment protocols (training provided)
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create personalized treatment plans
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, individualized care

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
