Job description

Overview
As a Landscaping Crew Member you will provide high-quality landscaping services by performing a variety of tasks related to lawn maintenance and landscaping projects. Under the supervision of the Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for mowing, mulching, edging, raking, pruning, and other lawn care and maintenance duties.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00
Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until June 19, 2026
Responsibilities
  • Perform lawn care duties including mowing, raking, mulching, weeding, edging, trimming plants, pruning, intstalling plants, digging holes and other tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience operating basic landscape equipment such as weed eaters, hedge trimmers, lawnmowers, and leaf blowers.
  • Applicants must be willing to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to details and ability to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts: Work schedule will primarily be early mornings to mid-afternoon. Weekday and Weekend shifts are available.
