Job description

Job Summary

Coyote Lawn and Lighting is hiring Part-Time Landscape Laborers and Christmas Light Installers for roughly 30 hours/week for the remainder of the year. We are seeking motivated individuals who are self-disciplined and can follow instructions.

This position is ideal for someone committed to a career working outdoors who can grow into a leadership role as a Crew Lead or Project Manager.

Experience is not required. However, you must be able to perform manual work up to 8 hours at a time. Your overall attitude and attention to detail will determine your success in the role and allow for increased responsibility and pay.

Must be willing to submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background check.

Must have your own vehicle for transportation. Must have open availability on weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mowing/Edging/Weed Eating
  • Dog Cleanup
  • Mulch Installation - Includes digging up grass/weeds to create new beds
  • Planting Shrubs
  • Leaf Cleanup
  • Christmas Light Installation - Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs

You will also assist in Landscape Lighting installation projects as well as On-Call Snow Removal in the Winter.

Requirements:

  • Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools effectively
  • Experience with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy materials, or operating equipment for extended periods
