Part-Time / PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Community Quick Care — La Vergne, Tennessee 
Community Quick Care is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient clinic in La Vergne, Tennessee. This role is ideal for providers seeking flexible scheduling while practicing in a supportive, patient-focused clinic environment. 
Responsibilities 
·        Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries 
·        Conduct sick visits, wellness visits, and follow-up visits 
·        Manage common chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma 
·        Perform physical exams and preventive care visits 
·        Prescribe medications and treatment plans 
·        Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests 
·        Perform minor procedures (suturing, incision & drainage, ear wax removal) 
·        Provide patient education and counseling 
·        Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record 
Qualifications 
·        Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) 
·        Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain 
·        DEA license or eligibility 
·        Strong clinical decision-making skills 
·        Excellent communication and patient care skills 
·        Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferred 
Schedule 
·        Flexible PRN or Part-Time scheduling 
·        Daytime clinic hours 
·        No hospital call
