What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
  • Monitor visitor access, verify credentials as required, issue visitor passes and/or access credentials, and maintain accurate sign-in records.
  • Receive and direct guests, answer and route telephone calls, and provide general information regarding building procedures and services.
  • Monitor cameras, access control systems, alarms, and other assigned security-related equipment; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services and/or management when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
