Benefits Coordinator- Corporate Human Resources- Part-Time

We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our Corporate Benefits team.

As part of a fast-paced, dynamic team, you will support our Benefits division. Your previous benefits experience along with your strong organizational skills will ensure your success in this dynamic role. Job Responsibilities

  • Processing enrollments, changes, terminations of benefits utilizing HRIS system; Review and resolve error reports from vendors
  • Participate in the annual open enrollment process
  • Complete verification requests for HIPP, child support, etc.
  • Creation and maintenance of benefit files
  • Utilize HRIS System to run benefit reports
  • Participate in preparation of coworker communications mailings

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience with benefits administration in a multi-site company, preferred
  • Prior experience processing medical enrollments and changes, preferred
  • Knowledge of using employee self-service portals, preferred
  • Self-starter, creative problem-solving skills and learning ability
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers, representatives, and government agencies
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn additional systems used by our benefits division
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day, excellent time management skills
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5 hours per day (10 AM- 3 PM preferred)
