Dental Front Office Coordinator – Covington Family Dentistry

$23–29/hour | Full-Time

Join the team at Covington Family Dentistry, where we're committed to providing progressive, preventative care while creating a welcoming experience for every patient. We're looking for a friendly, organized Dental Front Office Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping keep a busy practice running smoothly.

Schedule

  • Tuesday–Saturday
    (Practice hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no evenings!)

Compensation
$23–29/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and create a positive first impression

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently

  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

  • Review treatment plans and insurance estimates

  • Collect patient balances and process payments

  • Maintain accurate patient records

  • Support a smooth check-in/check-out experience

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide outstanding patient care

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of previous dental front office experience preferred
