Who You Are:
You are a motivated and experienced Dental Practice Manager that will lead the daily operations of our vibrant, patient-focused pediatric dental and orthodontic office in Snoqualmie, WA. You are dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for children and families while delivering the highest quality of care. You are enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about team building and provide an excellent patient experience.
Other qualifications include:
• Progressive experience in dental practice management, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and scope
• Strong working knowledge of dental and orthodontic coding, billing, and insurance processes
• 2–5 years of experience managing and leading teams, including coaching, accountability, and day-to-day supervision
• Proven reliability and professionalism: leads by example, shows up prepared, and sets a strong example for the team through consistent follow through
• Experience setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting team members in meeting role responsibilities and performance standards
• Metrics-driven mindset, with experience tracking daily goals such as production and collections and consistently meeting targets
• Experience managing patient and insurance billing processes end to end
• Proficiency with Accounts receivable is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and engage a diverse workforce

What You’ll Do:
As the Practice Manager, you’ll lead the daily administrative functions of our pediatric dental
and departments, ensuring seamless coordination between front desk, clinical staff, and providers. You’ll supervise and support the administrative team, champion exceptional patient experiences from scheduling to billing, and foster a culture of teamwork and problem-solving. Your role will also include overseeing financial operations, such as billing, insurance, and reporting. While driving cost-efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, you’ll manage HR responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews, helping to build a high-performing and collaborative
office environment. This position works closely with our Director of Operations to support efficient workflows, a positive team environment, and strong administrative and financial practices.
A typical day will consist of:
• Operations and team management; overseeing daily administrative operations of both pediatric dental and orthodontic departments
• Supervising, training, and supporting front desk, administrative, and clinical teams
• Coordination with clinical staff to maintain efficient scheduling and workflow
• Financial & administrative oversight, including managing billing, insurance processing, and collections to ensure steady cash flow
• Oversee and reconcile daily financial transactions, deposits, and petty cash
• HR and compliance duties, including ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
• Lead and oversee hiring, onboarding and performance reviews for the team
• Other duties as assigned.
