Part-time deli workers often encounter challenges such as maintaining food safety standards during busy periods, handling multiple customer orders simultaneously, and keeping up with restocking and cleaning duties. Familiarizing yourself with store procedures and proactively asking for guidance can also help you adapt quickly and provide excellent service, even during peak hours.
