What You'll Do:
- Deal a variety of table games with accuracy and efficiency, providing prompt, professional, and friendly service to guests.
- Manage customer transactions for buy-ins and pay-offs.
- Verify fills and credits to the game.
- Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to internal controls.
- Monitor guest play and report irregularities to Floor Supervisors.
- Promote Players Club memberships and stay current on marketing promotions.
- Assist with the safety and security of all guests and Team Members.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Comfort with math and numbers.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Dexterity in shuffling cards and handling chips.
- Ability to work in environments that may be noisy, smoky, or dimly lit.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.
- Dealing experience a plus, but not required-we provide full training!

- Seeking two Dealers to work part-time on grave shift.
- Expected to work weekends and holidays.
- Hourly wage plus tips.
