Associate Consultant, Development Operations
Part-Time | Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person | Non-exempt
Cedarstone is seeking a part-time Associate Consultant to support our Development Operations Services Division.
This hands-on role is designed to support the Team Lead, Consulting in development operations consulting, with a primary focus on database administration, data migrations, and custom solutions-particularly within Virtuous CRM. Starting with foundational technical production and data management tasks, you will progressively build the skills needed to manage client relationships and project deliverables independently. You will work in a highly collaborative, client-facing capacity, conducting staff trainings, executing database cleanups, and optimizing reporting dashboards.
This position may be a good fit for someone who is exceptionally organized, highly personable, proficient with Excel logic and SQL, and eager to dive deep into the Virtuous CRM ecosystem to help our nonprofit clients thrive.
The role is expected to be 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, and may be performed remotely (within eligible states), in a hybrid arrangement, or in person at our Wheaton office.
