Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association โ Palmyra, NJPalmyra Harbour Condominium Association is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and resident communications.
This position requires strong administrative and computer skills, professionalism, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones, emails, and resident inquiries professionally
- Maintaining homeowner and resident records
- Entering and tracking work orders and service requests
- Organizing digital and physical files
- Assisting with event space reservations and community communications
- Tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and rental documentation
- Assist in tracking documents for rental units to ensure compliance with governing documents.
- Assisting with Board meeting preparation and general office support
- Following established office procedures and administrative processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required, particularly:
- Microsoft Outlookย
- Microsoft Wordย
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with property management software such as AppFolio is a plus
