PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is hiring a Data Entry and Scanning Clerk for a leading global technology client.
Title: Data Entry and Scanning Clerk
Location: 211 N. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102
Job Description: This part-time position will chiefly work to convert paper records to digital. The duration of their temporary employment could range from 8-9 weeks, depending on their work schedule, to accomplish approximately 168 hours of work.
  • Project A (Compliance) involves entering data from paper attendance lists and policy attestations into Excel spreadsheets, while using internal resources (such as BSD Phone Book) to verify spelling, etc.
  • Project B (Legal) involves scanning documents and cataloging them in agency file libraries (e.g., M-files, network drives).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Touch typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • Able to navigate and enter data into an Excel spreadsheet
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Internet searching
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Able to work independently and use good judgement
  • Able to work in an open and sometimes noisy work environment
  • Able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
