Job Summary

The Administrative Data Entry Specialist provides accurate and timely administrative support by entering, reviewing, and maintaining data within internal systems. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, organizing records, processing documentation, and supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computer systems and routine data management tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in databases and internal systems.
  • Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency while identifying and correcting errors.
  • Process administrative documents, records, and reports in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
  • Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure information accuracy.
  • Assist with tracking, updating, and maintaining records and operational information.
  • Support administrative tasks, including document preparation, reporting, and general office support.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Communicate updates and escalate data discrepancies or issues when needed.
