Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
General Function
This person will support Contribution Management with gift processing.
Description of Primary Duties
1. Focus on the preparation of auction spreadsheets (in excel) for posting. 2. Support the daily operations of University Advancement's CRM. 3. Assists with constituent data updates in the CRM. 3. Create tasks in CRM and complete tasks in CRM.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Must be detail orientated, knowledgeable in the use of computerized management information systems (databases) or able to learn. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel. The ability to work with a minimum of supervision is required. Keyboarding and data entry skills are required.
