The Marketing Data Domain Lead owns Learning Care's Marketing Data Domain end-to-end, serving as the primary owner of marketing data platforms, integrations, governance, and data products across Microsoft Fabric, Google BigQuery, and related marketing technologies. This role combines marketing domain knowledge with data engineering expertise to ensure marketing data is trusted, scalable, and accessible for reporting, customer acquisition measurement, enrollment attribution, and customer journey analytics.

The role partners closely with Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Platform, Data Science, and external vendors to deliver high-quality data solutions that support business objectives. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad ownership and influence across the marketing data ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Own Learning Care's Marketing Data Domain end-to-end, serving as the primary partner for Marketing stakeholders and aligning business priorities, governance standards, and technology capabilities.

Design, build, and support marketing data pipelines, integrations, and data models across Microsoft Fabric, Google BigQuery, and related platforms. Own the operational health and continuous improvement of Learning Care's marketing data platforms, integrations, and data products. Own marketing data products, certified datasets, and semantic models that support trusted analytics and self-service reporting for Marketing and BI teams.

Establish and maintain governance, stewardship, metadata, and lineage standards for marketing data, and implement data quality monitoring, validation, and remediation processes. Lead resolution of recurring data quality and integration issues and support enterprise data governance initiatives. Partner across business, technical, and vendor teams to onboard new data sources, translate business requirements into scalable technical capabilities, and promote adoption of governed data products and self-service analytics.

Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in data engineering, computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related discipline is required, including marketing domain experience supporting customer acquisition, lead generation, enrollment attribution, reporting, or customer journey analytics.

No specific license or certification is required for this role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance and cataloging tools is preferred. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or modern data delivery practices is preferred.

Experience with data observability, monitoring, and operational support frameworks is preferred. Relevant Microsoft, Google Cloud, or other data platform certifications are preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Hands-on expertise with Google BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, data modeling, and enterprise data pipelines.

Experience developing and managing semantic models, certified datasets, and self-service analytics solutions. Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, and influencing skills across business, technical, and vendor teams. Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.

Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Effective communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal. Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid. Base salary range: $118-130k.

This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
