Data analytics faculty/instructors will be paid throughout the semester according to the rates for part-time and overload teaching in University College (currently $1224/credit hour, with additional funds for training attendance and supervision of learning community leaders, when applicable.)

Job Description
University College offers several courses for students pursuing a successful completion of their degree(s). A few of the courses offered are:
1) Data Analytics courses (DATA 2100, 3510) introduce the fundamental concepts, principles, and tools of data analytics. They also teach key principles of analytic design and useful visualization techniques for the exploration and presentation of data.
2) Study Skills, Time Management, and Personal Finance courses (UC 1100, 1070, 1101) focus on the specific knowledge and skills necessary for students to be successful at the college level.
Instructors:
1) serve as a role model, referral, and resource to students;
2) provide contact information to students; communicating availability and encouraging students to contact them for assistance;
3) in case of an emergency or planned absence, make arrangements for a substitute instructor;
4) provide a complete syllabus on the first meeting of class and grade assignments in a timely manner;
5) submit final grades online by the university deadline; and
6) participate in assessment processes to determine efficacy of the courses and course materials.
