Job description

The Vetting Analyst Intern will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate vetting of businesses and their branding content for First Orion's vetting solution. This will involve verifying the legitimacy of provided business details and ensuring that display names and other associated content adhere to Carrier and First Orion policies.

What you'll be doing:

Verify the legitimacy and good standing of registering businesses using verified sources and customer-provided details.

Ensure branding content (display names, logos, etc.) adheres to Carrier and First Orion policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve Vetting conflicts, escalating to appropriate Support resources as necessary

Communicate findings and recommendations to team members

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Contribute to the continuous improvement of First Orion's Vetting processes and procedures

Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up to date on product knowledge

What you'll need:

Student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Excel

Investigative and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Must be willing to work 20 hours a week, minimum

Bonus Points:

Customer Service or Support experience

Data analysis, research, or auditing experience
