MARKETING COORDINATOR, WATERSTONE PROPERTIES GROUP

Hybrid Role – Work from home but also be able to attend meetings and events within Maine

Part time/Seasonal

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Design creative marketing materials in the Microsoft and Adobe creative suites. Specifically experience with PowerPoint and Photoshop.
·         Manage portfolio creative assets (brand packages) and consistency through marketing materials.  
·         Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing creative deliverables, strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
·         Support PR, communications and social work for portfolio announcements. 
·         On-site event and/or leasing meeting support, as needed. 
·         Prepares leasing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing leasing data. 
·         Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock and placing orders. 
MARKETING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

·         Creative design skills in the Microsoft and Adobe suites. 
·         Email marketing

·         Event operations

·         Reporting research results
·         Process improvement
·         Ability to lift 50 pounds. 
·         Ability to work in outdoor conditions during event days. 
·         Education and Experience Requirements:
o   Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field
o   Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within commercial real estate. 
·         Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
·         Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
·         Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
