As data analyst, you love diving into data and turning it into meaningful insights. With the abundance of structured and unstructured data, you understand the importance of transforming complex data sets into useful information to solve challenges. As a data analyst at Booz Allen, you can use your skills and experience to support a mission and use data for good. We need a data analyst like you to bring your knowledge to the Navy.
As a client-facing data analyst on our team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their questions, conduct research, and develop metrics and strategies to guide enterprise-level software and hardware decisions. You will respond to data calls, combine information from multiple sources, and develop detailed analytical reports that can be clearly communicated to teammates, leadership, and stakeholders. You'll build dashboards and data visualizations, automate repetitive tasks with scripts, and produce standardized reporting to support enterprise licensing, acquisition documentation, and ongoing program needs.

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience working with the DoW
  • 2+ years of experience with data engineering in Databricks or Spark
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
  • 2+ years of experience performing research, recommending strategies and performance metrics, and supporting business intelligence
  • Ability to be self-motivated and pay strict attention to detail
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
  • Experience performing data science and predictive analytics using tools such as Pandas, Polars, Scikit-learn, MLFlow, Pytorch, or Tensorflow
  • Experience with federal procurement, including for enterprise software

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
