Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, enjoys helping people, and can provide excellent customer service over the phone and through communication with customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls with a clear, pleasant, and professional voice
  • Schedule customer appointments and assist with basic service questions
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff
  • Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate customer information and notes
