Registered Nurse - Allergy - TooeleThis part-time RN will provide clinical support to the providers to our Allergy practice in Tooele. They will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and staff to deliver high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing direct patient care, administering allergy-related treatments, demonstrating strong clinical judgement and educating patients. Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 am to 5 pm.Essential Functions and Duties: Demonstrates high degree of competence and expertise in medical office and outpatient specialty settings.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing patient needs.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.Capacity to work independently while maintaining collaborative team environment.Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.Knowledge of EMR systems, prior authorizations, insurance requirements, and specialty medication processes.Experience with allergy immunotherapy, biologic medications, asthma management is preferred, but not required.Qualifications:Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Utah.Two years' experience in a medicine setting.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to walk, stand or sit for extended periods.Required lifting up to 50lbs.Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment.Inside, climate-controlled working conditions.Granger Medical Clinic offers competitive wages, potential for quarterly bonuses, and excellent benefits.
