Modern Infiniti of Greensboro is seeking an experienced receptionist for our automotive dealership in Greensboro, NC. The individual in this position answers and routes incoming call, takes thorough messages, provides basic information to callers, greets customers as they enter the dealership, and maintains a courteous and professional manner and appearance.
Responsibilities for this career opportunity include:
  • Operates a multi-line phone system, including answering all incoming calls, transferring callers to the appropriate person or department, and utilizing the paging system when needed.
  • Develops knowledge of basic dealership information to respond to callers who have general inquiries.
  • Greets customers upon arrival and ensures they are assisted quickly.
  • Updates and distributes dealership phone directory as needed.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Always maintains a neat work area.
  • Performs administrative duties as assigned.
  • Computes customer bills.
  • Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.

Position Requirements:
  • Ability to work Thursday through Saturday.
  • Attention to detail.
