Overview
The Bar Manager oversees all bar operations during music festivals, ensuring efficient service, compliance with alcohol regulations, and an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75-$19.75

This position will remain open until July 3rd, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations during events and ensure smooth, high-volume service.
  • Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and barbacks.
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws, ID checks, and company policies.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and product levels to prevent shortages.
  • Monitor cash handling, POS systems, and reconcile sales as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all bar locations.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with event operations, concessions, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure all staff deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of bar operations, including tents, equipment, and bar structures, and ensure team members understand and support these responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a supervisory role in high-volume environments (festivals, stadiums, or large events preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices.
  • Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and outdoor conditions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • TABC (or state-required alcohol certification) preferred or required.
  • Ability to lift heavy ojects repeatedly.
