Position Summary
The Event Presentation Staff will be responsible for working multiple positions within the control room during all home games, and other special events at Snapdragon Stadium. The position will be part-time, hourly, and personnel should be available to work: days and nights, including weekends and holidays.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until July 24, 2026.
About the Venue
Snapdragon Stadium is the home for San Diego State University Football, San Diego Wave (NWSL soccer), San Diego F.C. (MLS), major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events, and private special events.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support for in-game production by performing tasks necessary to fulfill sponsorship requirement(s) and show/event needs.
  • Ability to run multiple positions within the control room.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
  • Find solutions and solve problems as they arise.
  • Use technical production equipment such as Ross Switchers, Click Effects Pro Audio and Video Playback, EVS, Dream Catcher etc.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2+ years of work experience in professional live event production required.
  • Willingness to follow established procedures.
  • Demonstrateability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Previous experience using the following equipment is a plus: Ross Switchers, Click Effects Pro Audio and Video Playback, EVS, Dream Catcher, IPTV, Daktronics, etc.
  • Willingness to learn and take on different roles.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
