Job description

PURPOSE: This position is responsible with providing caf� customers with a quality product and experience. A Barista is a trained caf� specialist with the ability to perform a variety of functions within the caf�.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Create specialty coffee beverages
  • Work cash register and balance cash drawer at end of shift
  • Maintain a clean work space
  • Ensure work areas and customer areas are stocked with supplies
  • Performs small food prep
  • Successfully complete and maintain required trainings
  • Apply caf� preparation, service and clean up per prescribed processes and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more food service experience preferred
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Flexible scheduling

ESSENTIAL TASKS:
  • Create espresso and tea beverages
  • Provide food preparation
  • Clean and stock working spaces
