Barista with a Passion for Health, Wellness & (Bonus!) Content Creation

We are currently on the hunt for LA's most creative & passionate health and wellness professionals! Our company is growing and looking for new additions to our amazing team. We specialize in Organic Cold-Pressed Juice, Superfood Smoothies, Acai Bowls, Coffee, Vitamins & Supplements.
(We are hiring for both Part-time and Full-time positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including smoothies, acai bowls, juice, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks that meet our high-quality standards.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments using a POS system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation.
  • Assist with production tasks such as washing produce, labeling, and bottling juices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a juice bar, coffee shop, retail, or customer service preferred.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be smart, hardworking, and show strong leadership potential.

Bonus Points (But Not Required):

If you have social media or content creation experience, it’s a huge plus! We’re especially interested in candidates who have:

  • A passion for branding and visual storytelling
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos or photos (using a phone is fine!)
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other simple editing tools
  • Creative ideas for promoting drinks, lifestyle, and wellness content
