Job description

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our post-construction cleaning team for newly built homes.  This position is responsible for preparing homes for final walkthroughs, inspections, and move-ins by ensuring each property is spotless and presentation-ready.

Responsibilities:

Clean newly constructed homes from top to bottom.

Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue.

Shop vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.

Clean windows, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures.

Perform final touch-up cleaning before homeowner move-in.

Follow safety procedures and company standards.

Work efficiently independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Ability to life, bend, stand and move throughout the day.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
