Job description

Levelift Foundation, LLC is a specialty foundation company who is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant The candidate must be able to do the following:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION FIELD

Must be able to communicate with owner and workers effectively.

Call in and follow up on Miss Utility Tickets, put cleared tickets in job packet.

Collect Time Sheets and Daily load sheets check for accuracy

Maintain DOT requirement and inspections files

Maintain OSHA records.

Update inventory daily (helical piles, brackets, and casting transition)

Create job packets for new projects and keep them current

Produce error free Word/Excel documents, along with AIA’s and Lien Releases

Maintain photos of helical pile install for job files and computer for liability reasons

Maintain project spreadsheets, copiers etc.

Receptionist duties, Processing incoming phone calls, receiving and processing

daily mail, depositing checks received.

Skills:

3-5 years of recent administrative experience, Construction experience perferred

Advance or proficient in Microsoft suite, google docs/spreadsheet and Adobe Acrobat.

Must be highly organized, work well in stressful environments.

Must be able to work independently and multitask when necessary.

Hours will be 9am through 2pm.

Pay will be depend on work experience.
