  • Requires experience in manufacturing, plumbing, electrical systems, and/or construction.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Assist with the delivery and support lab-based instruction in construction and manufacturing fundamentals, including plumbing, electrical systems, and basic construction practices, ensuring safe and effective learning environments.
  2. Demonstrate and guide students in applied problem-solving using tools, materials, and technology relevant to both construction and advanced mobility systems.
  3. Collaborate with program instructors to reinforce industry standards and safety protocols, maintaining equipment and materials for optimal training experiences.
  4. Guide students through hands-on problem-solving activities that reinforce technical skills and workplace readiness.
  5. Collaborate with program instructors to align lab activities with course objectives, curriculum standards, and industry expectations.
  6. Inspect, maintain, and prepare lab equipment and materials to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
  7. Promote professionalism and industry best practices by modeling appropriate work habits, safety awareness, and teamwork.
  8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
