Security Officer – Construction Site Security

GardaWorld Security Services is Hiring Security Officers

As a Security Officer, you will serve as a Security Ambassador, providing a welcoming presence while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our client’s construction site.

Position Details
  • Location: Council Hill, Oklahoma
  • Work Environment: Construction Site
  • Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. Shifts vary based on operational needs and will be discussed in detail during the interview process. Candidates with open availability and flexibility to work various shifts are strongly preferred.
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Verify identities and manage site access control procedures
  • Conduct routine patrols to identify and address security concerns
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with GardaWorld policies
  • Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations, including providing first aid when necessary
  • Coordinate with emergency responders and site personnel
  • Answer questions and assist visitors in person and by phone
  • Complete detailed incident reports and communicate security-related concerns
  • React promptly and effectively to threats, emergencies, or unusual activity
  • Help ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to successfully pass an extensive background screening
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and phone proficiency
  • Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required
  • Possession of an Oklahoma CLEET license, or the ability to obtain one
