An established, privately owned commercial construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team.The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative, team-first culture where individuals are empowered to take ownership, drive results, and play a meaningful role in the company's continued growth. Client Details This is a mid sized local construction firm headquartered in Tulsa with a growing pipeline of projects that include retail, light industrial, warehouse, aviation and other commercial projects. This firm has been in operation for over 20 years and looking to expand headcount and presence going into 2027. Description Reporting to senior operational leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Manage multiple commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $50M. Lead project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and overall financial performance. Coordinate with preconstruction, operations, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. Utilise construction management software, including Procore, to drive project controls and reporting. Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain budget and schedule commitments. Serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle. Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued expansion of the organisation's commercial portfolio. Profile For the Project Manager we are seeking: Proven experience managing ground-up or large-scale commercial construction projects. Experience delivering projects valued between $5M and $50M preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls. Proficiency with Procore and modern construction technology platforms. Preconstruction experience and understanding of estimating processes is highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Demonstrated career stability and a track record of project success. Experience within commercial, retail, industrial, corporate office, or similar construction sectors.
