Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 10:30 AM-1:30 PM (15 hours/week guaranteed)
Pay: $24-26/hour
Type: Temporary, Ongoing Assignment


About the Role

We're seeking a customer-focused Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinator to support daily catered lunch operations at a premier corporate office in Bellevue. This role serves as the on-site point person, ensuring food deliveries are received, organized, and executed seamlessly while creating a positive experience for employees and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and coordinate daily food deliveries
  • Set up and maintain lunch service areas
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for delivery drivers, employees, and office staff
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, missing items, and service concerns
  • Assist with cleanup, recycling, and replenishing supplies
  • Communicate feedback and service updates to internal teams
  • Complete daily reporting and feedback forms
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or administrative support
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
