Compensation: $16.00 per hour


Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Thursday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Join us as a Courier, where you’ll play a vital role in the safe and timely pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials that support our laboratory operations. Your work helps ensure the integrity of each sample and contributes to the accuracy of data that protects communities and ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer‑focused work environment aligned with Pace® values.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related role is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately.
• Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others.
