Summary

Chenegaย Naswikย International, LLC isย seekingย a dependable and detail-oriented Security Control Center Operator to support security operations for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position plays a critical role in monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency communications, and supporting incident response activities that help protect MDA personnel, facilities, and resources.ย 

  • The ideal candidate is alert, customer-focused, and capable of remaining calm in high-pressure situations. This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical security operations, work with advanced security technologies, and contribute directly to the safety and security of government facilities and personnel.ย 


Responsibilities
  • Monitor integrated electronic security systems and serve as the primary communications point for security and emergency operations.ย 

  • Coordinate response activities for security incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations.ย 

  • Dispatch security personnel and resources to incident locations asย required.ย 

  • Maintain situational awareness of on-duty personnel and operational activities.ย 

  • Monitor intrusion detection, access control, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems.ย 

  • Communicate security, medical, fire, and emergency information toย appropriate personnelย and agencies.ย 

  • Support emergency response operations andย assistย first responders as directed.ย 

  • Maintainย accurateย operational logs, records, and incident documentation.ย 

  • Develop andย maintainย attendance rosters, activity reports, and after-action documentation forย special eventsย asย required.ย 

  • Provide professional customer service while interacting with employees, contractors, visitors, and government personnel.ย 

  • Support compliance with established security procedures, operational requirements, and emergency response protocols.ย 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.ย 


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GEDย required.ย 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.ย 

  • Minimum of six (6) months of alarm monitoring experience or one (1) year of experience in access control, security operations, or a related field.ย 

  • Must be able to obtain andย maintainย a Secret clearance.ย 

  • Mustย possessย current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid certifications.ย 

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and apply written policies, procedures, instructions, and training materials.ย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • Experience supportingย Departmentย of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, or federal government facilities.ย 

  • Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), dispatch center, or alarm monitoring environment.ย 

  • Experience monitoring CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems.ย 

  • Experience supporting emergency communications and incident response operations.ย 

  • Familiarity with security reporting and incident documentation processes.ย 

Knowledge,ย Skillsย and Abilities:ย 

  • Mustย know a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Outlook.ย
