Kelly Automotive Group is actively hiring a Part-Time Receptionist / Dealership Receptionist to join our growing dealership team in Woburn, Massachusetts.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in receptionist work, customer service, front desk support, hospitality, retail, administrative support, office coordination, or call center environments.

The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment while providing exceptional customer service to both customers and employees.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $20 per hour
  • Saturday schedule: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Additional weekday hours may be available
  • One Sunday per month may be available

  Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming dealership phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Greet customers, guests, and sales prospects as they arrive at the dealership
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
  • Notify sales and service staff when customers arrive for appointments
  • Assist in scheduling sales appointments and customer follow-up
  • Process customer payments and receipt transactions for sales, service, and parts departments
  • Work closely with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure excellent customer experience
