Job description

Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Operate state of the art multi-axis hydraulic and electric press brakes, and inserting machines.
  • Select, position and align various types of brake tooling.
  • Form simple to complex work to +/- .005 tolerances including short and long runs.
  • Inspect work prior to first inspection and maintain quality parts throughout job.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computer.
  • Able to enter job quantities and labor information into ERP computer system.
  • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
  • Able to read and understand work orders.
  • Able to use gauges and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of close tolerance work.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to pick up 50 lbs
  • Minimum of High School Diploma
