We're currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our dedicated team in Uxbridge, MA.
What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are loaded accurately, safely, and efficiently to meet customer delivery schedules.
Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the yard
  • Use an electronic tablet to verify shipping documents and complete loading activities
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and complete safety checklists
  • Maintain accurate records for inventory transfers, scrap, and pallet returns
  • Re-strap damaged bundles and help maintain a clean, organized yard
  • Rotate inventory according to production dates and inventory management practices
  • Monitor product quality and report issues promptly
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to customers and team members
  • Assist with cycle counts, year-end inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support additional tasks and special projects as needed
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of industrial forklift experience
  • Ability to successfully complete forklift certification testing
  • Experience operating 5,000-10,000 lb. outdoor forklifts preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, including identifying product types, colors, and configurations
  • Basic computer and tablet proficiency
