Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Manufacturing Operator positions in Braintree, MA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Manufacturing Operator while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

  • The Machinist will be responsible for operating various pieces of computer-controlled equipment including Swiss lathes, automated parts washer, grinders, honing, centerless grinder, and supporting tools and measurement equipment to machine various components to established specifications and requirements.

  • Complete tasks including dimensional and visual inspections per print specifications including First Article inspections.

  • Perform operations as described by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) demonstrating consistently effective job performance encompassing good quality, productivity, and dependability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. is required.

  • A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, and/or related discipline is required.

  • Working knowledge in working with Citizen Lathes, Haas Grinders, Sunnen Hone, Centerless Grinders, and Fanuc Robotics is preferred.
