The expected pay rate for this role is $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. 

Schedule: This position requires the ability to work two weekdays, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and every other Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., throughout the calendar year.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties.  Specifically:

  • welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
  • operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
  • review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
  • perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input
  • coordinate and process customer payments

 

About you….

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
