About the Role

*This is a Part-Time role averaging approximately 20-30 hours weekly.*

Our Servers play one of the most integral roles in delivering the Champions Social Club experience. As the face of our dining room, you are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality, expert menu knowledge, and flawless execution of service standards. Beyond taking orders and delivering food and beverages, you are expected to use your personality, professionalism, and attention to detail to create memorable dining experiences for every guest. By anticipating guest needs, providing personalized recommendations, and delivering elevated service, our Servers help bring the Champions brand to life with every interaction.

 Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating personalized, memorable dining experiences for every guest.
  • Guide guests through the menu, daily features, and beverage selections while confidently recommending pairings and enhancing the dining experience.
  • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders, including dietary restrictions and allergen preferences.
  • Execute attentive, professional service throughout each course, anticipating guest needs and ensuring flawless table maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary and Front of House teams to deliver seamless, timely service.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage programs.
  • Prepare and maintain an immaculate dining environment, including opening, side work, and closing responsibilities.
  • Process guest payments accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture that reflects the Champions brand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of upscale or fine dining serving experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards.
  • Exceptional hospitality, communication, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to upsell menu offerings and provide personalized guest recommendations.
  • Current TABC and Food Handler Certifications required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience using POS systems and handling guest payments accurately.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry trays as needed.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; open availability preferred.
