Job description

POSITIONSUMMARY:ย The SchoolAge Enrichment Leader position supports the work of the YMCA of Collier County,Inc., a leading not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening thecommunities in Collier County through its core focus areas of YouthDevelopment, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.ย  The School Age Enrichment Leader is a vitalmember of a team of people with the goal of providing excellent care for schoolaged children (K-5th grade) during out of school hours, holidays,and camp days. ย Under the guidance of theSite Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for direct supervision of children,implementation of planned daily activities, and maintenance of all aspects ofthe Program environment.ย  He/she willmake every effort to develop and foster a positive relationship with thechildren, their parents, school personnel, and community members.
