THE ROLE 

Cashier

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.

  • Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.

  • Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.

  • Educate customers on our sales and promotions.

  • Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming enhancing the shopping experience.

  • Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
