Job description

Spanish Teacher (Part-time) - It is preferred (but not required) that candidates have a minimum of two years' experience in a formal school setting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required. Candidates must demonstrate an enduring love of youth, love of teaching and learning, and a desire to work in a faith-based atmosphere aligned with values taught by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Successful candidates will also demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills, high energy, experience in preparing and delivering daily lesson plans, experience establishing and communicating clear learning objectives, ability to use a variety of pedagogical methods, and willingness to learn. Candidates should be professional in appearance and demeanor.

  • 10โ€“15 hours per week, from 12:30โ€“3:30 PM
  • Will teach elementary school students
  • Will teach Level 1 Spanish classes.

Candidates are expected to uphold the school's Mission, Honor Code, and Diversity Statement on and off-campus. Position available beginning with the 2026โ€“2027 school year.
